So it may just be a fad, but everyone's talking about Twitter right now. The latest social networking site, which uses real-time, short messages to answer the question "what are you doing now?" is hot on the internet.
Buffalo Water Beer Company thought we'd get on the bandwagon. So, if you are an avid "tweeter," why not follow us on Twitter and you may just get yourself some free beer!
We will be posting our weekly free beer tastings on our Twitter page, usually 24 hours in advance. It's no secret that we like to give our delicious Bison Blonde lager away at various locations in the Milwaukee area, including local Sendik's stores, Pick N Save's, Buffalo Wild Wing's and independent bar locations. So if you fancy a freebie, stay in tune via our Twitter page!

The World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade
On March 17th, 2009 the Buffalo Water Beer Company participated in the world's shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade, spanning three city block in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. We recorded some of the days events and have compiled them in a nice little video below.
By the way, it's recommended to click on the "HQ" icon to watch the video in a higher quaility.
Buffalo Water Sponsors ESPN 540AM's "Beauty and the Geek"
In an earlier post we had created a little You Tube montage for you to enjoy. It was our radio commercial for 102.9 The Hog and WKLH 96.5 Classic Rock.
We recently teamed with local ESPN radio station 540AM to sponsor the show's Beauty and the Geek, a segment hosted every Friday at 11:30 a.m. on The D-List. Ms Wisconsin 2007, Caitlin Morrall, joins the D-List to settle the age-old question: Do brains or beauty matter most when picking winners for football games?
Craig Peterson, our CEO and beer enthusiast, stopped by the Milwaukee studio last Friday, October 3rd to talk with Ms. Morrall and The D-List, (Drew Olson, Dan Needles and Matt Salmon) about our delicious beer.
They seemed to enjoy our signature beer, Bison Blonde lager, so why don't you download the five minute audio segment here, (which you can play in ITunes, Quicktime or Real Player) and see what ESPN's Beauty and the Geek thinks about our Blonde.
Buffalo Water on You Tube...
The Buffalo Water Beer Company recently partnered with local radio stations 102.9 The Hog and WKLH 96.5 classic rock to get our name out there, and to fill the void in the hearts of that Buffalo wing-eating/beer drinking demographic. So our CEO and beer enthusiast, Craig Peterson, popped along to the studio and recorded a splendid radio commercial to please the ears of all Milwaukeeans.
However, realizing that many don't adhere to traditional means of communication, and that the new generation gets their info elsewhere (and by elsewhere we mean the Internet), we created this little You Tube montage for you. It's the same radio commercial, edited with images for the web and for your enjoyment. Like the video says, there's no need to thank us, really....
(If necessary, you may want to pause the Buffalo Soldier theme song on our home page first so you can here the content of the following video!)

Blondes Galore at the Donges Bay Clubhouse
Like Blondes? Who doesn't? Then get over to the Donges Bay Clubhouse, 7520 W. Donges Bay Road, for some Buffalo Water Bison Blonde Lager. The clubhouse, located in Mequon, a suburb just north of Milwaukee, is the latest bar to join the herd of Buffalo Water beer drinkers.
Its "corner" bar atmosphere is popular with the locals, and the Clubhouse features weekly kickball and horseshoe tournaments, perfect for the upcoming summer months. As is a nice pint of Bison Blonde Lager.
The bar's food menu is standard pub fare, featuring a delicious BBQ Chicken breast on a toasted Kaiser roll. It should go down well with a Blonde. And of course the appetizer menu features some hot & spicy buffalo wings and chicken strips dipped in BBQ sauce. Surely a match made in heaven for Buffalo Water beer. All this talk of wings and beer is making my mouth water. Better take an early lunch.
Why not take a trip to the Donges Bay Clubhouse for your lunch? I'm up for it!
Buffalo Water Beer Co. Sponsors "the Quizmaster!"
The Buffalo Water Beer Company recently announced its sponsorship of Milwaukee Quizmaster, a pub quiz/trivia night service offered to several bars in Milwaukee and the surrounding area.
Milwaukee Quizmaster offers team trivia for friends and colleagues at several of the areas best taverns, including the Milwaukee Ale House, the Carleton Grange Pub, the Britinn, Fanatics, and the 5th Ward Pub.
